1. General Terms

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bn088 is ৳200 via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). 7. Account Suspension & Closure

bn088 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring the restriction of the account.
• Detection of a duplicate account associated with the player's identity, device, or payment method.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion under the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your bn088 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bn088 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of real-money funds (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) before closing the account. 7.2 Self-Exclusion

8.1 Platform Availability

8.2 Game Malfunctions

8.3 Governing Law

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with bn088 support shall be submitted to the appropriate dispute resolution process as notified by bn088 from time to time.
